Computer Solutions with a Human Touch

Most web sites require regular maintenance to remain fresh and up-to-date. Upcoming events, latest news, new products or services, latest press releases - these and many more kinds of information need regular maintenance.

Yet many sites go unchanged for months due to a shortage of staffing, skills, or budget to maintain the site. Learning web editing tools can be a daunting process. And paying for outside help is an ongoing expense that may be hard to budget.

To solve this problem, we have created Site Saver, a tool that will allow you to easily, quickly, modify the text and images on your site.

The process is simple. For example, to add an upcoming event to the site, you would:

Log on to your Site Saver web page

Choose the 'add upcoming event' option.

Fill in the title, date, description, etc,

Click ADD

Sample Site Saver Add Event Page

That's it!

And using Windows 'cut and paste' features, information can easily be copied from a standard WORD document without rekeying.

By filling in that one simple form, the event will instantaneously appear on the web site:

  • On the list of all upcoming events.
  • On an event description page, giving full information for an selected upcoming event.
  • If desired, a brief description of the event, with a link for further information, can be included as a 'teaser' on the home page.

Most web editors would require you to edit and test three separate web pages to accomplish the same thing. That's too much work, and too prone to error.

To get a feel for how simple the prcess is, try a demo.
